Cabin Hub Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

By creating a cabin or accessing Cabin Hub at friendsofaquinas.com/cabinhub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These Terms apply to all users of Cabin Hub, including cabin owners and guests who access a cabin using a shared cabin code.

Cabin Hub is provided by Friends of Aquinas LLC, a family formation company based in Glyndon, Minnesota. We build simple, practical tools for families.

2. Our Services

Cabin Hub is a shared cabin management app that allows families and groups to coordinate arrivals, departures, pantry supplies, maintenance tasks, recipes, reservations, and other cabin-related information through a shared, private cabin code.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

3. Cabin Codes & Accounts

Creating a Cabin

When you create a cabin, you become the cabin owner. You will receive a unique alphanumeric cabin code and choose a shared password. You are responsible for keeping this information secure.

Sharing Your Cabin Code

The cabin owner is solely responsible for who they share the cabin code and password with. By sharing your cabin code, you grant those individuals access to all information stored in your cabin, including codes, recipes, pantry status, and any other data you have entered.

⚠️ Never include full addresses, last names, or other personally identifying location information in your cabin. Cabin Hub is designed to function without this information for your privacy and security.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter. We do not verify the contents of any cabin data submitted by users.

4. Payment & Subscription

Free Trial

Every new cabin begins with a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required to start your trial.

Annual Fee

After the free trial, continued access to Cabin Hub requires an annual payment of $15.00 USD, paid by the cabin owner. This fee covers one cabin for one year from the date of payment.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. If you choose not to continue using Cabin Hub after paying, we will not issue a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Friends of Aquinas LLC does not store your payment card information.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you enter into Cabin Hub — your recipes, custom tasks, notes, and other data. By entering content into Cabin Hub, you grant Friends of Aquinas LLC a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
